About this Song
R&B as a musical form has taken root across global creative communities, each shaping its core contours to reflect the distinct creative currents of their geographic and cultural contexts, and the sound titled Without You emerges from the vibrant, ever-evolving ecosystem of creative practice centered in the Philippines, a space that has nurtured generations of creators working within the broad umbrella of R&B to expand and reimagine what the form can communicate. The designation of a home country for any musical work is never a superficial marker; it is a reflection of the dense web of creative exchange, shared reference points, and community connection that underpins the creation of every sound that emerges from a given region.
