About this Song
Pop music from the Philippines often features a blend of Western influences and local traditions, and Amiel Sol's work fits within this vibrant scene. Known for his mid-tempo, alternative pop sound, Sol gained significant recognition as a breakthrough artist during the pandemic. His viral hit “Ikaw Lang Patutunguhan” amassed over 71 million streams, and after signing with Viva Records Corporation under the Ivory Music label, he continued his success with “Sa Bawat Sandali,” which topped Spotify Philippines’ Top Songs and Viral Songs charts. His first EP, “Pagsibol,” further established his presence. This recording, "A Day With You," continues his exploration of pop music.
