About this Song
The pop sound, tied to a creator who navigates the creative landscapes of their home base in the Philippines and their professional base in New York City, leans into the cross-continental longing that infuses every layer of I'll Be Home For Christmas, a track that resonates with the millions of people who build lives across borders, balancing the pull of new opportunities and the familiar comforts of the places and people that shaped them first. The creator’s background as a YouTuber means their work grows out of a practice of sharing intimate, personal pieces of their craft with a community that follows their artistic evolution from small, informal uploads to polished, widely circulated sound pieces that feel both accessible and deeply intentional, rooted in the pop tradition of crafting music that meets listeners where they are, whether they’re tuning in from a small apartment in Manila, a walk-up in Brooklyn, or any of the other places their global audience calls home.
