About this Song
Pop’s cross-cultural ability to unite audiences across borders, generations, and contexts, and to resonate deeply with local fanbases in markets as far-flung as the Philippines, shines through every frame of Timeless Soft Rock at Its Finest 🎤 Without You LIVE with Air Supply, a performance that carries forward the decades-long legacy of the duo that grew from a chance meeting to become one of the genre’s most enduring global forces. Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock first crossed paths on May 12, 1975, on the first day of rehearsals for the Australian production of Jesus Christ Superstar in Sydney, a first encounter that would lay the groundwork for a creative partnership that has spanned 50 years, giving them nearly half a century to hone their craft, channel their shared passion for dynamic, romantic music, and bring their work to audiences across every major region of the world.
