About this Song
6cyclemind, the Filipino rock band that has carved out a distinct space within their home country’s mainstream music landscape, brings their collaborative creative dynamic to Tunay, the pop-aligned sound that extends the range of the work the group built their early career on. The band’s core lineup, a fixed group of collaborators that has anchored their output through every stage of their professional run, includes Tito Fortunato "Tutti" Caringal II handling lead vocal duties, and Ryan "Rye" Sarmiento stepping in to cover both rhythm and lead guitars while contributing backing vocals, a division of creative labor that has allowed the band to balance the raw, foundational energy of their rock origins with the accessible, wide-reaching appeal of the pop genre that anchors their broader catalog. Tunay exists as one of the band’s officially released recordings, distributed and protected under a 2003 copyright held by BMG Records (Pilipinas), Inc.
