About This Album
Discover Road2homE PHONK, a genre-bending experimental album from Nigeria’s dynamic underground music scene, putting a distinct African spin on the global phonk movement. This project leans into the gritty, lo-fi core that defines phonk, while weaving in subtle, context-rich sonic textures rooted in its Nigerian origin to craft an immersive, moody listening experience that feels both familiar and entirely original.
