Recorded live for Ojing Blora, the official Yi Production release of Jangan Mau Mau anchors its Indonesian hip-hop identity in a collaborative creative process that lifts up every contributor to the track, from core instrumentalists to post-production and video crew. Performed by Yeni Inka, the track reworks the original from SETIA Band, crafted for the Ojing Together series that reimagines popular works for new audiences of local Indonesian listeners, with the iteration’s dangdut-inflected energy specifically tailored to Yeni Inka’s performance style, tying regional musical traditions into its hip-hop core. Songwriting for the track is credited to Muhammad Charly Van Houten, while all technical mixing and mastering for the live recording was overseen by Dindy Kalizzaka, who also pulled double duty as the project’s guitarist, contributing to both the sonic polish and the core sound of the performance.
