Vidi Aldiano - Salam Kenal | Official Music Video
About this Song
Following the February 14 launch of his track Dara, this Indonesian pop work, centered on the official music video for Vidi Aldiano’s Salam Kenal, draws on longstanding creative partnerships that have shaped much of the artist’s discography, turning a deeply personal meditation on loss and acceptance into a universal message that resonates with anyone who has ever had to step back from a love that once defined their world. The track was written by Vidi alongside Barsena Bestandhi, a collaborator he has turned to repeatedly for past projects, and produced by Ari Renaldi, who has lent his expertise to several of Vidi’s prior releases, anchoring the work in the kind of unspoken creative synergy that comes only from years of aligning on tone, intent, and what it means to turn raw, unprocessed emotion into a piece of music that feels both intimate and accessible to listeners from all walks of life.
