The Indonesian creative behind a sprawling, self-written discography first launched his public music career in September 2011, building not just a catalog of original work but a network of support for creators across his home country’s arts and culture landscape, expanding his influence far beyond the bounds of his own recording career. As both a performer and songwriter, every track he has released bears his own creative stamp, a throughline that connects all of the work put out under the label and talent management company he co-founded with his older sister, Riri Muktamar. That company, TulusCompany, grew from a small venture to support his own early work into a full-scale platform that has released five full albums, all written by him, with long-time creative partner Ari Renaldi serving as producer for every release.
