Beyond his artistic role, Tulus is also integral to the record label and talent management company, TulusCompany, which he co-founded with his older brother, Riri Muktamar. TulusCompany has officially released five albums, all with songs created by Tulus and produced by Ari Renaldi. Lukman Hakim and Sandy Adriadi served as cameramen, with Sandy Adriadi also editing the video. Tulus has received over 60 awards in music and cinematography during his ten-year career. In the same decade, he established TigaDuaSatu, an independent label intended to broaden the reach and contribution to the development of arts and culture.
