About this Song
Indonesia’s pop creative circuits, which weave together distinct threads of practice that define every work shared within its national and international creative footprint, center works like Eldest Daughter, a sound that fits squarely within the pop lineage that carries the specificity of its origin while resonating with the core traits that define the genre’s broad, accessible appeal. As a regional music note crafted to situate this sound within the context of its home country, every layer of the work ties back to the space that spawned it, never straying from the rooted context that gives it its place within Indonesia’s larger tapestry of recorded pop output.
