This karaoke iteration of Drakor grows from a longstanding creative partnership between Indonesian pop artist Tasya Rosmala and the production collective Milana Musik Nusantara, which has shepherded all of her official karaoke and original studio releases to date. The original version of Drakor, released ahead of its karaoke counterpart, was supported by a full official music video that brought together two of the collective’s in-house production arms, Oum Music for audio work and Oum Picture for visual storytelling, to build out the track’s immersive creative vision. The song itself was written by Reza Ginandha Sakti, whose lyrics frame a meditation on effort and devotion that nods to the heightened, scripted romance of Korean dramas that lend the track its name. Bringing those lyrics to life in the original recording was Orkes Paman Kudos, the ensemble that contributed all instrumentation across the track, with individual contributions from keyboardist rayiarab, guitarist audioasyofa_, bassist dhona.
