About this Song
The Indonesian rock and roll act behind Nyala Suara builds its creative practice around the core impulses that have defined the genre across every region it has taken root in, while anchoring every choice to the specific cultural and creative landscape of their home country that shapes all their work. As part of a wide, interconnected community of creators working within the archipelago’s rock and roll circuit, the act approaches their craft with a focus on aligning the genre’s foundational energy with the nuances of the creative ecosystem that nurtured their development, avoiding generic interpretations that would strip their work of the specific context that makes it meaningful to both local audiences and global fans of the form.
