About this Song
Music/Other, the catalog genre assigned to this work, is a classification that recognizes the limits of standard genre framing to capture the full scope of global creative music, a need that arises repeatedly when engaging with the vast, wildly varied ecosystem of Indonesian sound art, which has long defied the narrow categorizations built to group works by easily marketable or widely recognizable sonic traits. Led by credited creator SILET OPEN UP, NONA PNS (feat. Ecko Show) takes its place within that sprawling, uncategorizable landscape of Indonesian creative work, a landscape that encompasses thousands of independent and established creators whose practices often push against the boundaries of what mainstream genre tags are equipped to describe.
