Silet Open Up - Pergi (feat. Bj Akon) (Official Music Video)
About this Song
Woven from the tight, collaborative energy of a network of Indonesian creators, the official music video for Silet Open Up’s Pergi, which features BJ Akon, anchors itself to the raw, unvarnished emotional core of its homegrown hip-hop framework, every layer of the work shaped by the collective input of everyone who contributed to its creation and release. The beat, crafted by Jasmine Tiza Beat, lays the foundation for a lyrical narrative that unpacks the exhaustion of sustaining a fraying romantic relationship marked by repeated fights and misplaced blame, the track’s speaker repeatedly giving their partner permission to leave, rejecting the endless drama of being framed as the sole person at fault for every conflict that arises, and choosing to prioritize their own peace over clinging to a partnership that has long stopped bringing them joy.
