Sheila on 7, an Indonesian pop band, presents "Bila Kau Tak Disampingku," a sound that embodies their signature blend of rock and pop elements. Formed in Yogyakarta on May 6, 1996, the band's initial lineup featured Akhdiyat Duta Modjo on vocals, Saktia "Sakti" Ari Seno and Eross Candra on guitars, Adam Muhammad Subarkah on bass, and Anton Widiastanto on drums. The name "Sheila on 7" references the seven-note solfège, and their dedicated fanbase is known as "Sheilagank." Their musical journey began with a signing to Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia in 1998, leading to their self-titled debut album in 1999. This album achieved multi-platinum status and was later ranked #33 on *Rolling Stone Indonesia*'s "The 150 Greatest Indonesian Albums of All Time." Sheila on 7 holds the distinction of being the first Indonesian band to sell over one million copies for each of their first three albums.
