About this Song
Across Indonesia’s independent music circuit, works that carry the specific intimacy and intentionality of solo indie creators carve out space that feels both rooted in local creative communities and aligned with the core indie ethos that prioritizes unfiltered, personal expression over mainstream commercial frameworks. That’s the space Sal Priadi occupies with Mencintaimu, an indie sound that centers the quiet, deliberate craft that defines so many of the country’s most compelling independent music makers, turning small, intentional creative choices into work that resonates deeply with listeners who seek out art that feels unscripted and true to its creator’s vision.
