About this Song
A singer-songwriter rooted in Indonesia’s vibrant creative music community, Pamungkas builds his discography through a rare level of hands-on creative control that extends across every layer of his work, a throughline that carries into the creation of One Bad Day, the lead single from his fifth full-length album, Hardcore Romance. Every element of the track’s composition originates with him, from the core songwriting that anchors the track to the full assembly of all music that shapes its final form, a level of creative ownership that lets him align every choice with the clear, intentional vision he holds for his work as he expands the scope of his discography with each new project. For this track, he extends that hands-on approach even further, taking on the critical roles of recording and mixing engineer for the official release, overseeing the entire transition of the song from its initial written form to the polished, cohesive iteration that reaches listeners across global platforms.
