Indonesian singer, songwriter, and producer Pamungkas covers "Risalah Hati," a song originally by Dewa 19. Born Rizki Rahmahadian Pamungkas, the artist started his musical journey at age eight with drum lessons, which his mother encouraged to improve his hearing in his half-deaf left ear. He later taught himself piano and guitar, leading him to songwriting and singing. In 2009, Pamungkas joined the band Potenzio, which released an album titled *Jingga*. Pamungkas launched his solo career in 2016, operating under his self-founded label, Maspam Records. His music blends folk, electronic sounds, and pop, characterized by heartfelt lyrics, catchy melodies, and a distinctive voice. He is known for his introspective lyricism and a hands-on approach to writing and producing his material. Pamungkas's songwriting style is inspired by Lennon/McCartney, John Mayer, Sondre Lerche, and Bob Dylan. He was the most-streamed Indonesian artist on Spotify in both 2020 and 2021.
