Formed in 1998, the Indonesian rock band Naff released their debut album, *Terlahir*, in 2000, with their second album, *Terbang Tinggi*, following in 2001. The third album, *NaFF*, arrived in 2002, introducing Hilal as a new member. The 2003 album *NaFF* included "Terendap Laraku," later released as a popular single. Naff's fourth album, *Isyarat Hati*, released in 2006, was critically well-received for its eclectic and exploratory nature, incorporating elements of Minang music. *Isyarat Hati* was listed as one of the Top Ten Albums of that year by *Rolling Stone Indonesia* magazine. Naff signed an official recording contract with Warner Music Indonesia in 2014. The band is known for its distinct fusion of rock and pop rock music, characterized by driving guitar riffs and strong vocals, and their ability to create strong, enduring melodies. Naff collaborated with Suran on the 2018 song "Sure II," which blends Naff's rock sound with Suran's vocals. "Akhirnya Ku Menemukanmu" is one of Naff's notable songs.
