Iwan Fals - Selamat Tinggal Malam (Official Audio)
About this Song
Woven into the collected works that anchor the creative output of the artist known widely to audiences as Iwan Fals, Selamat Tinggal Malam exists here as the official audio iteration of a composition crafted by the same creative mind that shapes every piece featured in the curated collection Kumpulan Lagu Iwan Fals, a body of pop work rooted in the creative landscape of Indonesia, where the artist’s output has long occupied a meaningful space within the country’s broader popular music ecosystem. Every layer of this track ties back to the formal songcraft of Virgiawan Listanto, the artist’s birth name that anchors the creative work behind the public persona that has drawn so many listeners to his discography, bridging the private labor of composition with the public connection audiences forge with each of his releases.
