About this Song
Within the sprawling, interconnected network of Indonesian pop, remixes occupy a distinct, dynamic space that allows for the reworking of a track’s core structure to align with the specific ways audiences engage with pop sounds across different parts of the country. Naluri Lelaki - Remix exists within this space, rooted in the pop genre that remains one of the most consistently accessible and widely circulated forms of recorded sound originating from Indonesia. Unlike the original iteration of the track that carries its own distinct identity within the broader landscape of Indonesian pop, this remix reimagines the core foundations of Naluri Lelaki to fit the specific context of the pop genre’s ongoing evolution within the country, without straying from the core elements that tie the track to its national origins.
