Isyana Sarasvati - IL SOGNO (Piano Version)
About this Song
Isyana Sarasvati crafted IL SOGNO as a personal recollection of her dreams, a creative exercise in unpacking the hidden meanings that surface in the unguarded space of sleep, and the resulting composition has evolved across nearly as many iterations as the layered symbols that inspired it. Each reimagining of the work recontextualizes its core themes, from the notable dead metal version recorded with Deadsquad to the larger-than-life distorted full-orchestra arrangement that introduced the song to most audiences. This piano iteration, Isyana Sarasvati - IL SOGNO (Piano Version), an Indonesian pop sound, brings the work full circle, leaning into the intimate, unadorned space that first gave rise to its creation, centering Isyana alone at the piano to revisit the core ideas that sparked the composition long before it expanded into its larger, more bombastic forms.
