Long before this episode of the Indonesian Hiphop Podcast was assembled to share a radically independent approach to touring for local hip-hop creators, Joe Million and a circle of his close peers launched a 10-city run of shows in 2018 built entirely on the kind of scrappy, unbudgeted drive that defines the most grassroots corners of independent music.
