About this Song
Hindia, the professional name of Daniel Baskara Putra, an Indonesian singer, songwriter, record producer, composer, and lecturer born in Jakarta in 1994, presents "Untuk Apa / Untuk Apa?" within the broader category of Music/Other from Indonesia. Putra, known for his role as the vocalist of the band .Feast, which he co-founded in 2012, embarked on his solo career in 2018 with the release of his debut single, "No One Will Find Me," featured on a compilation album. His solo work under the moniker Hindia serves as an outlet for exploring deeply personal themes such as mental health and relationships, a thematic contrast to .Feast's focus on socio-political issues. Hindia's debut solo album, *Menari dengan Bayangan*, released in November 2019, achieved both critical acclaim and commercial success, accumulating over 636 million streams on Spotify, with three of its songs individually surpassing 100 million streams.
