About this Song
Ahmad Dhani anchors every layer of Kosong, pulling double duty as the track’s core creative lead and the director of its official music video, an Indonesian pop production that brings together the collaborative forces of Dewa19 and featured vocalist Virzha. Composed by Dhani, the recording boasts a full team of credited instrumentalists that build out its sonic foundation, with Virzha handling vocal duties, Dhani on keyboard, Andra Ramadhan on guitar, Yuke Sampurna on bass, and Agung Yudha on drums. Every creative choice behind the recording is overseen by Dhani, who serves as producer, arranger, and lead engineer for the track, with support from Wawan TMG who fills the role of assistant producer. Additional orchestration comes from Guntur Nur Puspito, who crafted the string arrangements that layer into the track’s final form, with the full project released under the Republik Cinta Records banner.
