This pop recording from Indonesia, "Anji - Menunggu Kamu (Ost. Jelita Sejuba)," was written by Anji Manji specifically as an original soundtrack for the film *Jelita Sejuba*. While several of Anji's previous songs have been used as soundtracks or theme songs, "Menunggu Kamu" marks the first instance where Anji composed a piece directly inspired by a film's narrative. The song adopts the perspective of a woman whose husband is a soldier, frequently absent due to his service to the country. This theme reflects the challenges faced by individuals whose partners are often away, leaving them to navigate life's circumstances independently. Anji Manji also directed the music video for the song, with co-direction from Narasena. The track features cello by Adela Baftutu, with cello arrangement by Achi Hardjakusumah, and was arranged by Ade and Jeje Govinda. William Chow and Krisnawati produced the song, which Ferry EFKA mixed and mastered.
