Jelly Roll Roasts Donald Trump's Weight On Jimmy Kimmel Live
About this Song
Jelly Roll roasts Donald Trump's weight hypocrisy while guest-hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live this week. Jelly Roll is stepping in as guest host of Jimmy Kimmel Live for four nights, and he wasted no time turning his monologue into a full takedown of Donald Trump. Dressed in a suit and tie for the first time in his life, the country star joked about the IndyCar race Trump hosted in Washington, D.C., before pivoting to a Washington Post report on the president's recent weight gain. Jelly Roll, who has lost roughly 300 pounds himself, joked that his transformation amounts to losing an entire Donald Trump, then connected the bit to Trump's approval ratings. The segment closed with a pointed reminder that Trump built a habit of mocking other people's bodies, followed by a supercut proving the point. The moment quickly became one of the most talked-about parts of his guest-hosting run.
