Her family confirmed her passing, with her father, Skip Panettiere, remembering her as an incredible light and a force of nature. No cause of death has been announced. Panettiere's death comes just months after she released her memoir, This Is Me: A Reckoning, in which she opened up about postpartum depression, addiction, recovery, trauma, abuse and loss.
