About this Song
Silent Sanctuary, a Filipino rock band formed in Metro Manila in 2001, is known for its "Rockestra" sound, which blends classical instruments like cello and violin with rock music. The band's founding members included Norman Dellosa, Paolo Legaspi, and Allen Calixto, with Anjo Inacay, Jett Ramirez, and Chino David later joining to solidify their unique instrumentation. The song "Pasensya Ka Na" continues the band's tradition of integrating these classical elements into their rock framework. Silent Sanctuary has released five studio albums, including "Ellipsis of the Mind" (2004), "Fuchsiang Pag-ibig" (2007), "Mistaken for Granted" (2009), "Monodramatic" (2013), and "Langit. Luha." (2015). Their music has also been featured in local movie and TV series soundtracks, and they have collaborated with artists such as Aia De Leon and Jennylyn Mercado.
