About this Song
Silent Sanctuary, a Filipino rock band formed in Metro Manila in 2001, performs "Ingat Ka." The band's musical style, which they call "Rockestra," is notable for its blend of classical instruments like cello and violin with rock music. Cellist Anjo Inacay joined as the fourth member, adding classical instrumentation to the group's sound, with violist Jett Ramirez and violinist Chino David later becoming formal members. The band has released five studio albums throughout its career, including their independently produced 2004 debut, *Ellipsis of the Mind*. After Norman Dellosa's departure, Sarkie Sarangay took over vocal duties, and Jason Rondero became the band's new bassist following Paolo Legaspi's exit. Silent Sanctuary's songs have been featured in local movie and TV series soundtracks.
