"Bubog" is a sound from the Philippines by Cup of Joe. Cup of Joe is a Filipino pop rock band that formed in Baguio City in November 2018. The band signed with Viva Records in 2019. The current members of Cup of Joe are lead vocalists Edgar Gian Bernardino and Raphaell "Rapha" Ridao, keyboardist Vixen "Xen" Gareza, lead guitarist Antonio Gabriel "Gab" Fernandez, and rhythm guitarist Clint Joules "CJ" Fernandez. Former bassist Raphael Severino departed from the band in June 2024 after five years. Cup of Joe defines their musical style as "experimental," incorporating genres such as acoustic pop, retro, alternative pop, retro-wave, and neo-folk. The band's music is influenced by their environment in Baguio, with songs like "Nag-iisang Muli" being inspired by the city's scenic surroundings and cool breeze. Cup of Joe's debut extended play (EP), *Patutunguhan* (2023), included the song "Tingin" with Janine Teñoso, which entered the Billboard Philippines Songs chart.
